With over 26 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Kimberly has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to individuals and families across diverse populations. She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice, bringing extensive knowledge and clinical experience within behavioral health and community-based care settings.
Throughout her career with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, she provides therapeutic and psychiatric support services to adult males and females. Her professional experience also includes facilitating therapeutic groups, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, and promoting emotional stability, personal growth, and recovery.
In addition, she provides parenting education and therapeutic services to youth and adults involved with the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS), helping families strengthen communication, improve coping skills, and build healthier relationships.
Known for her warm, supportive, and client-centered approach, she strives to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered throughout their healing journey. She believes in helping individuals recognize their strengths, build resilience, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys shopping and interior decorating, finding creativity and inspiration in creating beautiful and welcoming spaces.
