Mind is Unique Counseling Services, LLC (MIUCS) partners with schools to provide comprehensive, school-based mental health services designed to address the growing emotional, behavioral, social, and mental health needs of students and staff in grades K–12. Through agreed upon Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), MIUCS delivers professional counseling and supportive mental health services directly on school campuses in a confidential and supportive setting on mutually agreed upon days and times.
Our school-based services are designed to help reduce barriers to learning, improve emotional wellness, strengthen coping skills, and support overall academic and behavioral success within the school environment. Services are individualized to meet the unique needs of each school community and may include:

- Group Counseling
- Psychoeducational Groups
- Crisis Intervention & Support
- Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills Development
- Behavioral and Social Skill Support
- Student and Staff Mental Health Support Services
MIUCS psychoeducational groups are designed to educate, empower, and encourage youth to understand the importance of maintaining positive mental health, developing healthy coping strategies, building resilience, and reducing stigma surrounding mental health challenges.
In addition to contracted school-wide services, Mind is Unique Counseling Services, LLC also accepts individual referrals for students and staff who may desire or require counseling, emotional support, crisis intervention, or additional mental health services outside of the school setting.
